Given that it rang only a few times and not reaching the answering machine, and the fact that so many people reported this, I think this is purely a probe, a scan, to generate a database with people that pick up the phone fairly quickly and identify with "hello". That database is then later used to target other robocalls with. It's just purely a scan.

They call non-stop. This must be illegal!

Just got the call About a survey. Gave the first three digits of my postal code and said I have qualified for an online survey. All they wanted was my name and email address so they could send me a check for $15/- & refused to provide e-mail address & she questioned me why you are not interested.

They call me at least 3 times a day, no message left

They call me at least once a week in Nova Scotia, belong to the do not call list, plus when on their website the callers list when u call them back just to see who it is, and told them not to call my number again.......the funny thing is it still goes on and my number is unpuplished/private.

Answer say your busy and ask for their home home phone and u will call them when it is convenient for you.

This number has been calling my unlisted, do to call listed, number almost daily for the last 2 weeks. They never leave a message and if I do answer no one is there. The call display shows as 'unknown' on my house phone but the number displays in my telus optik TV call display history. I'm feeling harassed now.

My phone number is on the do not call list, but the number of 1 855 561 3603 keeps calling me everyday. Seems to have started happening since I filled out an on line questionnaire for a shopping network concerning products a person uses every day. I do not answer the calls but they are very persistent on calling every day at the same time.. Just hit the reject message on your cell phone and ignore them. Do not let them spoil your day as these types of scams will continue. Do not answer the call as you will just have a lot of hassle for no reason that is important.
